Chef Bruno was the Executive Pastry Chef at Conrad Centennial, Singapore, and also the Executive Chef at Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore. Chef Bruno has garnered extensive global experience through his stints at the Gulf Catering Co in the Middle East.
